Trainings

inPerson’s ‘signature trainings’ are aimed at guiding the employee from his/her first employment to completion of his/her career.

  • Sustainable career skills

Generation Z and Millennials entering the labor market for the first time are served with the seven weeks training of ‘Sustainable career skills’. With ‘Sustainable career skills’, this target group is taught life skills (such as assertiveness, dealing with stress and financial insight) that will help these professionals to make good decisions, so they can lead a long and healthy life. Good for themselves and good for the employer. So, a win-win situation.

  • Mindfulness2Work

𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐅𝐔𝐋𝟐𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐊 is a six-week coaching program aimed at recognizing stress-related complaints to prevent burnout. People who are reintegrating after a diagnosis of burnout also benefit from this training.

MINDFUL2WORK is a hands-on method for learning how to deal with stress and to help develop the ability for self-reflection.

  • Retirement in sight

Through ‘Pension in sight’, the employee is guided at least five years before pensioning, to this phase in life. • Queens Talk Menopause

‘Queens Talk Menopause’ is a full day seminar, which is only organized a few times a year due to its size.

‘Queens Talk Menopause’ covers the four pillars of resiliency when dealing with menopausal challenges which are the Biological, Psychological, Nutritional and Hormonal pillars.

During Queens Talk Menopause, different disciplines, such as a gynecologist, psychologist, nutritionist, and hormone therapist, share the stage with the sole purpose of educating the woman before and during menopause. This is based on various relevant topics, in an interactive and practical way, to equip her with information, theory, and skills to get to know her body (better). When you are more aware of the menopausal situation, you are better able to deal with the symptoms of it and prevent unnecessary absenteeism.

This seminar cannot be organized in-company. A company, however, can always register its employees for participation to this seminar.

This Group Coaching Program allows you to become more at ease with the complex topic of menopause and the many changes that your body and mind are going through. Each guest speaker has taught me how to deal with a specific area by explain the changes and creating awareness about exercises, eating habits and products to use. As a participant each one of us became comfortable enough to share our own experiences and ask questions that allowed us all to feel that we are not alone in this. I am very thankful to the organization.

Gisele Queens Talk Menopause
