A Certified Personal and Executive Coach can provide coaching to staff as well as managers and executives. inPerson offers coaching packages that are aimed at the phase of life and/or challenge that the professional faces.

Coaching is insightful and only for motivated professionals.

In Coaching, during an intensive interview with the Coach, the coachee gains insights and can come up with solutions for their situation. When someone comes up with the solution for their situation themselves, the solution is closer and therefore easier to implement in their own life and/or career. Everyone is unique. That is why coaching programs are always custom designed.

The first consultation is always free of charge. The purpose of this Discovery call is to:

• get to know each other and their needs.
• determine whether the coach and coachee are the right match;
• determine whether the coaching request is in line with the possibilities offered.

Examples of challenges clients come to a Coach for:

• personal development;
• increasing self-knowledge and self-confidence;
• becoming aware of strengths and how to implement them.
• learning and/or sharpening (new) skills, for example delegating, talking about bad news, presenting.
• bringing structure to (new) responsibilities, for example familiarizing yourself with a new position with new tasks and responsibilities.
• when someone needs a sounding board because he has a solo function or is at a ‘lonely height’.

The Coaching Sessions are confidential. Discretion is part of the service.
